ODBRANA is a security audit platform that provides automated scanning, AI-assisted analysis, and reporting for web applications, source code, and cloud environments.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information, keeping your credentials secure, and ensuring that you only configure scan targets for which you have proper authorization.
You may only scan assets that you own or for which you have explicit written authorization to test. You may not use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
The ODBRANA platform, including its software, design, and generated reports, is the property of ODBRANA. You retain full ownership of your data, including scan targets, configurations, and any information you provide to the platform.
The platform is provided on an as-is basis. ODBRANA is not responsible for decisions made based on scan results, and does not guarantee that all vulnerabilities will be identified. Use of scan findings is at your own discretion and risk.
Either party may terminate the use of the service at any time. Upon termination, your data will be retained unless you request deletion. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform will be resolved in accordance with those laws.
